Citadel Alumni Deaths

Richard Henry “Dick” Lukstat, Sr., 73, of Bumpass, Va., died Monday,
January 4, 2010 at his home. Survivors include his loving wife of 53
years, Jennie Lukstat; son, Richard H. Lukstat, Jr. and his wife, Wendy,
of Clifton, VA; daughter, B Lukstat Simpson and her husband, John of
Manassas, VA; three grandchildren, Jennie Simpson, Kristin Lukstat, John
Richard “Jake” Simpson. A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m.
Friday, January 8 at Covenant Funeral Service, Fredericksburg. Burial
will be private. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the
service at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Mary Washington
Hospice, 5012 Southpoint Blvd Fredericksburg, VA 22407. Dick is missed
by all of his family, friends and anyone who was lucky enough to have
met him.
