Citadel Alumni Deaths

Nicholas W. Dauner, cherished son of Debra (Frank D’Andrea) Dauner and
Jeffrey E. (Brenda) Dauner, loving brother of Jeremy and Brent (Judy
Ritchie) Dauner and step-brother of Matthew DeBord, beloved grandson of
Marilyn (the late Lawrence) Naehring and the late Louis and Estelle
Dauner. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Passed away on Thursday, October 22nd at the age of 28. Friends are
invited to attend his visitation on Friday, October 30th from 11:30AM
until the time of memorial service 12:30PM at the Norman Chapel at
Spring Grove Cemetery, 4521 Spring Grove Ave. (45232). Inurnment will
follow. Sympathy may be expressed in the form of a donation to the Open
Door Pantry, 800 South Front St. (45011). Nick graduated from the
Citadel with a degree in Engineering and went on to become a Lieutenant
with the United States Navy, serving as a liaison officer in Afghanistan
and working as a Cryptological Officer. Thomas-Justin Memorial has
