Myron H. Humphrey, 74, of Blackstone, Va., formerly of Durham, N.C., passed
away Wednesday, Feb. 15, 2012. He was a 1959 graduate of The Citadel of
Charleston, and a veteran of the U.S. Army. He is survived by his former
wife, Della Ann Christian Humphrey of Warrenton, N.C., and their daughters,
Elizabeth H. Hendricks of Blackstone, Kimberly H. Brailsford of Wilmington,
N.C., and Ashleigh V. Varn (Robert) of Creedmoor, N.C.; four grandsons; two
granddaughters; and a sister, Nan H. Freeman of Sumter. Services will be
private. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The Citadel
Fund, The Citadel Foundation, 171 Moultrie St., Charleston, SC 29409.

Myron, Your classmates will meet you under the old oak tree after you cross over the river You will get there before some of us but wait on the remander we will also come to see you. God bless you and your family.
